富士山を望む老舗の和食処、和風れすとらん みよし(所在地：静岡県裾野市御宿136-1、代表取締役社長：堀口 栄城)は、当店初の試みとして外国人観光客をおもてなしする「MIYOSHI OMOTENASHI」プロジェクトを2019年3月から発進いたします。

これまでも多くの外国人観光客が訪れている当店。気軽に楽しめる和の食事、こだわりの装飾が映える和の空間、「みよしおもてなし隊」による和文化体験教室で、海外からのお客様をお迎えいたします。

Japanese cuisine restaurant Miyoshi offers omotenashi (hospitality) in a memorable experience, such as casual Japanese dining, a refined Japanese atmosphere with carefully placed, elegant decorations and by Japanese culture classes with our omotenashi staff.

1．みよしおもてなし隊がご案内

女将の堀口 綾子が中心となって結成された特別チーム「Miyoshi omotenashi staff menbers(みよし おもてなし隊)」が、ロゴ入りのモダンな法被を着て和文化体験のご案内をします。今後はFacebook、Twitter、Instagram、YouTubeなどのSNSを通じて、おもてなしイベントや裾野の観光情報をお伝えしていきます。



2．食事

地産地消をモットーに厳選された旬の食材、新鮮な魚介類、安心安全な牛ステーキ、国産豚を使用したこだわりとんかつ等、和食を気軽に楽しめます。写真は料理の一例です。ハラール食、ヴィーガン、ベジタリアン等、ご希望に対応いたします。ご予約時にお申し付けください。

Under our motto, “local production, local consumption,” enjoy carefully selected seasonal ingredients, fresh fish and shellfish, safe and secure beef steak and domestic pork cutlets.Photos are for illustration purposes only. 店内には、木肌の優しさあふれる和の空間が広がっています。ぬくもりのある和紙、やわらかな灯り、こだわりの器、季節のフラワーアートで皆様をお迎えいたします。

Inside the restaurant, the beauty of wood unfolds before you, creating a gentle Japanese style atmosphere. Enjoy the warmth of Japanese washi paper, soft lighting, carefully chosen tableware and seasonal craft flowers.



4．和文化体験

草履や和紙を使ったペーパーアイテムなど、みよしおもてなし隊による和文化体験教室を開催しています。特別な思い出作りにぜひどうぞ。

Create special memories at our hands-on classes with guidance from our Miyoshi omotenashi staff. Enjoy Japanese culture as you make traditional Japanese style cloth footwear and paper crafts from washi paper.



5．団体客対応の個室有り、好アクセスの立地

・大小個室完備(イス・テーブルでの対応可能)

Large, small and private rooms are available (with tables and chairs).

・駐車場80台完備、場所もバイパス沿いで便利

The parking lot can accommodate 80 vehicles and is conveniently located along the bypass road.
