今年のチャンピオンシップはモンテカルロ（2月4日～7日）からギリシャ（8月12日～15日）まで、全13都市で開催。開催都市には、2022年のカレンダーで追加された、スペイン、ベルギー、クロアチア、エストニア、ギリシャの5都市が含まれます。2021年シーズンと同様、レギュラーシーズンでトップ8に入ったドライバーは自動的にワールドファイナルの出場権を獲得。ファイナルの開催日および場所は未定となっています。
「eSports WRCチャンピオンシップ 2022」は、WRC10のすべてのプレイヤーが参加可能。昨年は、15,000人以上が13ラウンドを戦い、世界ラリー選手権の第９戦が開催されたギリシャにて、ライブの決勝戦が行われました。
