イリノイ州ノースシカゴ、2019年6月12日（米国時間）－グローバルな研究開発型のバイオ医薬品企業であるアッヴィ（NYSE: ABBV）は、第III相臨床試験のSELECT-EARLY試験およびSELECT-COMPARE試験で新たに得られた結果を発表しました。本結果では、ウパダシチニブの1日1回投与（SELECT-EARLY試験では15 mgまたは30 mg、SELECT-COMPARE試験では15 mg＋MTX）を48週目まで受けた患者さんにおいて、ACR20/50で評価した関節リウマチの症状・徴候の改善、ならびに臨床的寛解（DAS28-CRP<2.6）の持続が示されています1,2。これらの試験では、中等度から重度の活動性関節リウマチ患者さんを対象に、1日1回投与の選択的JAK1阻害薬ウパダシチニブを評価しています1,2 。また第III相SELECT臨床プログラム5試験の併合安全性解析データでは、中等度から重度の活動性関節リウマチ患者さんを対象としたウパダシチニブの治療による一貫した安全性プロファイルが示されています3。

SELECT試験プログラムについて4-9

ウパダシチニブについて
